Favorite Ballaura Ritual

To prime myself for a massage, I initiate a process of mental relaxation, consciously releasing the day's stresses. I stay well-hydrated throughout the day, and indulge in a warm epsom salt bath to pre-relax my muscles. As I immerse myself, I engage in a self-check, tuning into my body to identify areas craving attention and release. I also take time to internally reflect on any emotions tied to physical tension, and set an intention to let them go.
