Favorite Ballaura Ritual

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I feel particularly appreciative of my own massage sessions. To prepare, I often take a hot shower or spend time in the sauna, allowing both my mind and muscles to unwind. I listen to positive affirmations and stretching, and ensure I stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. I also make it a point to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Typically, I dedicate the rest of the day after my massage to rest, by practicing yoga or enjoying a walk in the woods. My day usually concludes with a soothing bath and some time spent journaling, before getting to bed early to ensure a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.
