Alaric has always wanted to have a career in helping people. But it wasn’t until he started reading about the physical and mental benefits massage can provide that he began to pursue his career in it. Working as a massage therapist since 2019, Alaric regularly incorporates stretching and other modalities into his massages, unless of course they are contraindicated. He’s a passionate lifelong learner and continues to bring new techniques to his clients. He has an analytical and medical mindset that grounds his work in helping others live well.

Favorite Ballaura Ritual

Ideally, I get a monthly 90-120 minute massage to thoroughly work on problem areas. Afterward, I take the rest of the day to actively recover and then relax. I personally love swimming, so I like going to my gym to take advantage of the pool, hot tub, and sauna. As a bonus, I get a hot/cold contrast therapy to flush everything out. Then, I take time to just sit and listen to music, enjoy nature, and spend time with people––especially with those who I can be genuine and easy-going.

Enjoy moderate to firm pressure massages, though Alaric can use lighter pressure for some clients. Alaric also likes to offer insight into how the body works day-to-day to help you perform better self care on your own.
