HOW TO ENROLL

  • There is a one-time activation $35 fee, plus the specified amount for your service when you sign up.
  • We will set up a recurring charge on your card each month, which will be your “autopay date.” This is important to remember!
  • Your first prepaid massage will be ready to use after your autopay date. Enjoy a massage every full calendar month after that. If you’d like to come in for additional services before your autopay date and you don’t have a massage accrued on your account, your card will be charged an additional fee at your membership rate.

GUIDELINES

 Upgrading/Downgrading Membership Sessions

You can easily upgrade your 60-minute membership session at any time to experience a 90-minute session at our member rate. We can not downgrade membership sessions. 

Gifting Membership Sessions 

  • You can gift your membership session once per month. Please call or email us every time a person will be sharing your membership pricing option at booking to avoid any confusion.
  • There must be a massage credit available on your account to gift a session with your membership price. You can always check with the front desk to see if you have one to gift.
  • You can only share the pricing option for your membership level.
  • Upgrades are not available for gifted services, and we cannot charge additional services for anyone other than the membership owner.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. To protect the livelihood of our team, same-day cancellations and no-shows will still result in redeemed services. Membership cancellation notice must be given in writing 30 days before the cancellation date. Simply email us at Relax@ballaura.com to cancel your membership.
